The following blood drives are scheduled for south Charlotte over the next few weeks:
• Saturday, July 28, 10 a.m. to noon – Polka Dot Bake Shop, 1730 E. Woodlawn Road (all donors get a free cupcake)
• Aug. 4, 3:30 to 7 p.m. – StoneCrest at Piper Glen, 7825 Rea Road
• Aug. 14, 5 to 8 p.m. – Providence County Club, 6001 Providence Country Club Drive
