Home Break-ins
• 3400 block of Royden Place: Numerous pieces of jewelry, worth $15,000 total, stolen. $600 damage to home. July 22
• 11400 block of Providence Road: $60 in change stolen. July 22
• 9900 block of Grassy Crops Road: $150 damage in attempted break-in. July 23
Car Break-ins
• 2700 block of Travelers Court: $100 iPod stolen after window smashed, causing $250 damage. July 22
• 6800 block of Providence Lane: $1,300 laptop stolen after window smashed, causing $300 damage. July 22
• 2900 block of Smithfield Church Road: Two iPods, a purse, phone, keys and credit cards, worth $735 total, and $500 cash stolen after window smashed, causing $500 damage. July 22
• 6400 block of Chalyce Lane: Wallet, credit cards and GPS unit, worth $333 total, stolen. July 22
• 13800 block of Dannemara Drive: GPS unit, phone, charger and tools, worth $415 total, stolen after door lock punched. July 23
• 3900 block of Potomac Court: Door handle broken in attempted break-in, causing $150 damage. July 23
• 100 block of South Canterbury Road: Purse, wallet, sunglasses, make-up bag, keys and credit cards, worth $133 total, stolen. July 23
Car Theft
• 5800 block of Wedgewood Drive: $3,000 Kia Spectra stolen. July 21
• 10300 block of Winslet Drive: $15,000 Nissan 350Z stolen. July 22
Fraud
• Target, 9870 Rea Road: Two forged checks, for $550 total, used at store. July 18
• Walmart, 1830 Galleria Blvd.: Stolen credit card information used to make $391 purchase. July 23
Hit-and-run
• 6600 block of Carmel Road: $1,000 damage in hit-and-run. July 23
• 3400 block of Hilldale Way: $250 damage in hit-and-run. July 23
Shoplifting
• Walmart, 1830 Galleria Blvd.: $2.50 deodorant stolen. July 22
• Belk, SouthPark Mall, 4400 Sharon Road: $268.50 in clothing stolen. July 23
Theft
• 8900 block of Otter Creek Drive: License plate stolen. July 22
• 5300 block of Ballantyne Commons Parkway: Purse, phones, jewelry and keys, worth $2,655, and $350 cash stolen. July 22
• Murphy USA, 2010 Galleria Blvd.: $43 in gas stolen. July 22
• 13900 block of Ballantyne Meadows Drive: Mail stolen. July 23
• SouthPark Mall, 4400 Sharon Road: Wallet and contents, worth $1,038 total, stolen. July 23
• East Coast Mortgage Lending, 11510 North Community House Road: Business checks stolen. July 23
Vandalism
• 10300 block of Cedar Trail Lane: $100 damage to car. July 22
• 7300 block of Brigmore Drive: Car keyed, causing $500 damage. July 22
• 800 block of Sardis Cove Drive: Car keyed, causing $800 damage. July 22
• 7500 block of Pineville-Matthews Road: Graffiti drawn on wall, causing $500 damage. July 23
• SouthPark Youth Association, 5001 Camilla Drive: Someone drove through new lacrosse and softball fields, causing $5,500 in damage. July 23
