Violations included: Raw foods stored above cooked foods in cooler, allowing for possible contamination; raw chicken stored on dirty drain board; egg roll reheated to only 109 degrees Fahrenheit, foods must be reheated to 165 degrees; multiple foods not kept cold enough. Restaurant received two education credits, bumping score up from 88.5.
• Dean & Deluca, 6903 Phillips Place Court, 28210 – 92.5 (A)
Violations included: Label residue still on several pans and bottles; foods not cold enough in cooler, sixth time this has happened; cleaning needed throughout facility. Restaurant received two education credits, bumping score up from 90.5.
• Terrace Café, 14815 Ballantyne Village Way, 28277 – 94 (A)
Violations included: Crab bisque not cooled properly; ready-to-eat food not kept hot enough; drains backed up. Restaurant received two education credits, bumping score up from 92.
