The JAARS Center, which works translating and transporting Bibles to countries across the world, will have a special open house and celebration this weekend at its location in Waxhaw.
The center is hosting a 5K run, sponsored by the Charlotte Eagles soccer team, and people can see displays about transporting Bibles to remote locations, interact with missionaries and take tours of the Museum of the Alphabet.
