Kimberly Howard
Kimberly Howard will serve as regional director of youth programs for the YWCA.
Howard, who coordinated and supervised an after-school enrichment program for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools prior to this position, will be responsible for the development and operation of 10 YWCA youth learning center programs in Mecklenburg and Union counties.
