A total of 180 homes were sold in south Charlotte for the month of March, showing a steep increase over numbers for February, according to information released by the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association.
There was more than $64 million worth of homes sold locally in March, with the average sales price for the month coming in at $357,599, according to the association’s website, http://sales.carolinahome.com. In comparison, 116 homes sold in south Charlotte in February at an average sales price of $353,399.
