Charlotte Catholic service award winners announced

Students at Charlotte Catholic High School were recently announced as service award winners in the President’s Volunteer Service Award program.

To be eligible for the award, which has three levels, students had to complete 100 to 174 hours for the bronze award, 175 to 249 for the silver award and 250 or more for the gold award. Students could do service opportunities both in and outside of school. The only requirement was that hours be completed in a 12-month period.

The following students received the award:

Gold award: Courtney Corwell, Ryan Francis, Erin Hampson, Madeline Ives, Anmar Jerjees, Katie Klochany, Grace Linus, Mitch Lochbihler, Hannah Mixer, Mary Sarch Ryan, Nick Schaut, Gabriel Thamm and Seth Tirrell

Silver award: Lauryn Fowler, Melissa Gauthier, Erika Hibler and Samantha White

Bronze award: Kathryn Grace Almon, Allie Blake, Madeline Boon, Sam DeBerry, Avery Faucette, Meghan Flyke, Morgan Gruender, Mac Maccubbin, Chelsea Miller, Kelsey Noonan, Caroline O’Rourke, April Purvis, Michael Stetzler, Molly Sweeney and Malena Wenning
