The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Board of Education approved a construction contract Tuesday, March 13, for parking lot renovations and storm water detention at South Mecklenburg High School.
Sorensen Gross, Inc., will do the work. The contract is for $657,700. The work will include site demolition, grading, paving, curb and gutter work, storm drainage, utility relocation and landscaping, and should be completed by August.
