Celebrate Greatest Generation with ‘In The Mood’

People can take a trip back in time later this month with “In The Mood,” a celebration of the music of the 1940s at Ovens Auditorium.

The show’s music arrangements, costumes and choreography are as authentic as possible. The String of Pearls Big Band Orchestras, along with the In The Mood Singers and Dancers, will perform pieces from greats like Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Frank Sinatra and other idols of the 1940s.

“In The Mood” has two showings Feb. 18: a 3 p.m. matinee and an 8 p.m. evening showing. Find more information at the theater’s website, www.-ovensauditorium.com.

Ovens Auditorium is located at 2700 E. Independence Blvd.
